Had such a fantastic stay here, couldn't find a single thing to gripe about. the staff was super friendly from start to finish. 😊

Impeccable and big size rooms with views of street and with a laptop safe, a minibar, and central heating. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The safety and privacy of the establishment

The hotel did not have but 2 uk/non-belgium, power adaptor converters. I was not able to do my hair to my satisfaction. My hair is of extreme importance to me not only daily but all day long, as I have naturally curly hair that I maintain 'straight' with a straightener, as I find the need for it....especially in humid and/or rainy weather .. which.. We.. Had on the days of my stay. My visit was a leisure friends/family getaway, and I was not able to have my hair done, making me feel that all was ruined because of this. And for the same lack of power adaptor converters, I was unable to re-charge my mobile phone for my return trip, I missed my train, and was not able to phone or send a message to my family members, of the occurences, and I had to deal and endure with all of the inconveniences and dangers of not having a charged mobile. No hotel guest parking was provided. And because of hourly permited street parking we had found day long parking at the entrance of town it seems and were forced to make our way by foot back to the hotel, and the long walk back to the room...in hot-humid weather blistered my feet.

The location of this place is great, with pubs and restaurants nearby in a beautiful part of town.

I liked this pleasant and fantastic place, stayed there for 1 night. My hotel room was new-fashioned and excellent with airco. The staff were very-very nice and amicable lot of time. It took just 21 minutes by car to get to the airport.

The venue is atmospheric and absolutely great with very nice staff. the location is marvelous, appreciated to be very close to some leisure places, we've visited pubs and restaurants.

It is a mix of the old and contemporary decor, tastefully executed. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The city of Lier where it is located was a gem.

If one thing is important for a hotel then it must be location. This hotel is situated at a fantastic location right within the city center. Bars and restaurants are only a footstep away and same for the shops. Also I very much liked the way they renovated this old building. The rooms are nicely decorated with nice materials and modern design.

The room was just what I needed - it was modern, stylish, and the air conditioning was excellent! 😊

parking is a big problem, parking garage to far away when having a lot of suitcases and hotel give me a free card for the next morning but that was given only a small discount at the total parking cost breakfast was not valid for a 4 star hotel!! I had a room upstairs and that is very small for 2 persons I was by muself and that was ok for 1 night
